I recently accompanied my mother to your Lougheed Town Centre location. During this visit we were greeted and serviced by Azar .
The service we received was so personal and exceptional, that I felt compelled to send along an email to let you know how lucky you are to have such an outstanding and professional individual representing your company.
We had no idea what we wanted when we entered the store, and frankly were quite overwhelmed by the vast selection. Azar quickly assessed this, and approached us to offer suitable options and ultimately recommended the glasses my mother ended up purchasing.
As someone who has long worked in sales and just recently started in retail, I have to tell you that I was blown away by our experience. I don't need glasses...yet...but I'm sure my time will come. When it does I will certainly be visiting IRIS again and recommending others to her in the meantime!

Following a reminder that I was overdue for my personal checkup, I set up an appointment and arrived at the designated time. When I heard the call, "Larry Thomas, come on down" I already knew I was in for some fun. During the course of the examination and consultation, Ryan took the time to explain each and every step being taken, as well as answering questions that I had about the procedures and the findings. I learned more yesterday about my eyes that I have learned during my life. His approach to "customer or patient service" is a rare one, and you should be proud to have him on your team.
I left the office feeling that I had also made a new friendship as well, only to find out that IRIS is transferring Ryan to Ontario where he will be facing a challenging new position, one I am sure is very well deserved.
I just wanted you to know that you have a real jewel there, and I am sure that Ryan will continue to make his mark in the IRIS Visual Group.

While en-route to volunteer for the Olympics, the lens fell out of my glasses. I stopped at the IRIS store at 805 West Pender, Vancouver, BC. Zari Poshtdar was the manager on duty and was the only one in the store at this time who was capable of fixing my glasses. I was visibly upset by my situation, and she kindly explained to me that she could fix them in a matter of hours but could not do it on the spot because there were only two of them working at the time and she could not be tied up at the back of the store. She suggested another place for me to go for help. Unfortunately, I was not too happy about that arrangement and became a little more distraught. Again, Zari was able to calm me down and we came up with a solution, to fit me with contacts (I have worn contacts in the past). Luckily the store had what I needed and very quickly I was happy and on my way. I was on time for my volunteer job and was able to wear the contacts the whole evening. Without the contacts and my glasses, I would have had a very hard time performing my duties.
I want to commend you for having such a professional and caring manager in your store. Zari was calm, patient, and very kind to me. She went over and beyond by giving me a pair of contacts and a small bottle of solution as well. She had never seen me before, but dealt with my situation in a very commendable way.
I wanted to acknowledge Zari Poshtdar, because I feel customer service and satisfaction is so important. Every IRIS store that I have been in has great customer service and your business must be commended.

Christina has serviced and assisted me over the last number of months with great eyewear. In my opinion, her ability to choose complimentary frames to suite my face shape is exceptional. Her selection is focused on every last detail of the frame as she matched it with my needs. She is a master at choosing the best frame and knows her (fashion) lines by memory; making the decision easy for me.
My experience at IRIS has been pleasurable.

I just wanted to email to let you knowabout the amazing service we have consistently received from the Langford IRIS. Christina has gone above and beyond our expectations and has been so so helpful! From giving us honest opinions about frames, to dealing with any problems we have had, she has made it a breeze and such a fun experience. No one in my family will ever go anywhere else when looking for glasses. Such quality in service is difficult to find, and I think you should know what a wonderful job her and her staff are doing!

Yesterday, I had the unfortunate event of breaking an arm on my glasses.
They had been purchased at IRIS several years ago. We went to your store at 8946 202 St. in Langley, BC. I had been able to get an eye appointment with my eye specialist and was given a new prescription. Tracy Crawford looked after us. I cannot thank her enough for all that she did, to outfit me for the new glasses, and the makeshift repair on my broken glasses. She went above board in every way. Thanks to her we will be able to make our trip to the Interior this weekend.

I just would like to express my gratitude for the IRIS in Nanaimo and Port Alberni. I am a student and got glasses almost a year ago at the Port Alberni IRIS. Since then I have moved to Nanaimo to go to school, though my glasses had gotten 2 chips in the one lens. I brought them to IRIS Nanaimo and the ladies there were extremely helpful, and although I should have brought them to Port Alberni, they had them sent away for me under warranty and I recieved my glasses back within a week with no hassle. I have been going to Dr. Trees since I was in kindergarten and am now 21. I recommend him and IRIS to everyone I know, and I would like to have the Nanaimo location praised for the great service I have recieved.

I’m a new client to IRIS, I’ve been in the Waterloo location twice now. Your customer service reps (CSR’s) always greet me with a smile and always made sure my visits were pleasant. They answered any questions I had as well as ensured I had what I needed for my insurance.
I met with Dr. Bugescu and she completed my eye exam and a followup with another test. It would be easy to just tell me I needed a prescription and be done with it. However, she took the time to explain each test, what it was for, and what she was looking for.
Due to my hectic work schedule the CSR’s helped me locate another location where I had more time to pick out frames in another city.
I wanted to take a moment and send this in as I feel it’s important to recognize team members that go above and beyond. I have already referred another client to your business and will continue in the future.

I thought you should know that as a pretty loyal IRIS customer, I had the unfortunate experience of stepping on my glasses this Monday. My wife dropped the bent frames and dislodged lenses at your Broadway store today. She picked them up 3 hours later and picked up my formally mangled glasses, now fixed. She asked the amount for the repair and was informed that there would be no charge. Very
impressed we were.
Needless to say, we will always be loyal to IRIS in our future eyewear purchases. We've been loyal because our past purchase experiences have been great, but today you guys went over the top. We will NEVER deal with anyone else and we are more than happy to relate this experience to anyone that is within earshot.

I wanted to write to provide you with some feedback about my experience with the staff at the Main St. Markham location.
I have been a customer of Towne Optical, now IRIS, for over twenty years for both myself and my family.
The level of professionalism, service and quality is second to none! The staff are a very important reason for my continued loyalty, their personal service is something that I hold particularly dear. The Desjardin financial arrangements that I recently participated in worked out very well and was a fairly simple process.
My sincerest thanks to Christine, Marie and Colleen for great teamwork and exceptional service. I would recommend their services to my friends and colleagues.
We often do not take the time to send a note when service is above and beyond, I thought this store is most deserving of a special mention.

I had an appointment at the IRIS Lethbridge, AB location. I just wanted to say it was a FANTASTIC experience. The optomitrist was very friendly & professional. Andrew was the gentleman that helped me fit into glasses. He was enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and helpful! I have been buying glasses for about 10 years now, and I have never been so happy :)
I just wanted to pass on the message about the amazing customer service I received from the second I called to book my appointment, to the moment I left after picking out my glasses!

I recently had my lenses replaced at your store in Guildford Mall, in Surrey, BC. I was impressed with the service I was given, in this particular instance, by Paul Hayes, store manager.
I had two lenses previously replaced, in October of 2009, and the service was very poor indeed. Your store manager smoothed out all of the doubts and concerns I had from my previous experience. He assured me that I would not experience this incident a second time with my lense replacement. As promised, I had received excellent service, as Paul monitored the service from beginning to end.
I was very satisfied with the service from your store, as it has restored my confidence in dealing with this particular store in Guildford Mall. I wanted someone to know that Paul has done me a great service at his store, and I want to thank you for having someone like him to oversee the entire process.

I just wanted to let you know how happy I am, after having Lasik Blended Eye surgery. It has been just over one week. My experience from the info evening to pre op, my trip to Langley and back to Kamloops, has all been good. Everyone has been so professional.
I had a complication that resulted in my flight being changed and my hotel re-booked for an extra day by the time I got back to the reception area. The whole experience has been great. Thank you so much to everyone at IRIS. I can't wait to go skiing, without glasses!
