
Frame Guarantee - Two Years
IRIS will repair, or if necessary, replace your frame with an identical frame should it break for any reason within TWO YEARS of the original purchase date, subject to the following terms.
- First Year: 100% Guaranteed
- Second Year: 50% Guaranteed
Lens Guarantee - One Year
IRIS will replace your lenses with identical lenses of the same power should they break or scratch for any reason within ONE YEAR of the original purchase date subject to the following terms:
- Lenses must be coated with a Nikon or Essilor scratch resistant coating.
- Replacement limited to one time only.
- Eyewear Adaptation Guarantee - 60 Days
- IRIS will replace your lenses with lenses of the same value in the event your prescription
changes within 60 DAYS of the original purchase date. Your original prescription must have
been issued within 12 months prior to your purchase date.
Contact Lens Guarantee- 60 Days
IRIS will replace a defective contact lens with a lens of the same brand and prescription should your lens tear or break within 60 DAYS of the original purchase date. This guarantee excludes disposable or frequent replacement lenses and is limited to one replacement per lens.
Contact Lens Adaptation Guarantee - 60 Days
In the event you feel persistent discomfort or have difficulty adapting to your lenses within 60 DAYS of the original purchase date, IRIS will replace your lenses with different lenses of the same value or IRIS will apply the original purchase price of your lenses toward the purchase of prescription eyeglasses.
Sunglasses
IRIS will replace your sunglasses with the same model or model of equal value should they break due to manufacturer's defect within ONE YEAR of the original purchase date.
Lifetime
IRIS will align, adjust and clean your eyeglasses or sunglasses as often as necessary at any IRIS location free FOR AS LONG AS YOU OWN THEM.
