6 Resolutions to Take Care of Your Eyes in 2019

2018 is officially behind us! With the arrival of the New Year, it is the perfect opportunity to take a look back at 2018 to see the ups and downs of this past year. Setting specific goals for the upcoming year will help you visualize them better and will increase your chances of reaching them. If you would like to take better care of your eyes in 2019, here are some resolutions to add to your list!

Protect Your Eyes From Blue Light
The blue light emitted by computer screens, tablets and smart phones can be harmful to your eyes. It actually increases dryness, eyestrain, and can even disrupt your sleep. This year, why not challenge yourself to stay away from digital screens for two hours before going to sleep? If that is not feasible, another trick to reduce eyestrain caused by digital screens is to wear glasses equipped with blue light filtering lenses. Exercise More Regularly
This resolution is probably the most popular of all! Being active regularly is good for both your physical and mental health and, can prevent many diseases.
