Our Ideal Candidate:

- Current Optician’s license would be an asset;

- Previous practice management experience would be an asset;

- At least 2 years retail management experience;

- At least 2 years managing a team;

- Computer knowledge and abilities in practice management software and Microsoft Office;

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and effective time management;

- Positive and precise communication to exceed patient expectations.
