Profile :

- Have experience in management;

- Good Communication, Customer Service and Problem Resolution;

- Possess strong retail sales skills;

- Possess very good organizational leadership;

- Be able to make decisions in a proactive manner;

- Have the ability to motivate and influence a dynamic team to create an exciting and positive work environment;

- Possess an optician's license recognized by the province of Quebec

- Bilingualism (an asset);
