We are currently looking for a Communication Coordinator who will manage communication projects between departments, stores, outside vendors, and staff members. This could be you! The communications coordinator will organize and facilitate the workflow of communications projects as well as provide written content for a variety of projects from weekly newsletters to educational pieces. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Coordinate various communications projects • Content creation (weekly newsletters, • Assists in events coordination • Support internal programs (ex: friends & family, recognition programs) • Develop and manage content for the company LinkedIn page • Develop and manage content for internal social media platforms • Proofreading artwork and content to ensure quality checks • Manage suppliers (request estimates & manage orders) Skills and Requirements: • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration or equivalent experience • Minimum 2 years of professional communications experience in an in-house team • Have strong attention to detail and follow-up skills • Possess exceptional interpersonal, organizational and time management skills • Great time management skills • Self-Motivated • Knowledge of social media • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite an asset Strengths • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and work efficiently within set deadlines • Excellent writing skills in English
