IRIS will replace your fully coated prescription lenses should they break or be scratched for any reason within one year of the original purchase date. This is a one-time replacement guarantee.

Within 60 days of the purchase date, prescription lenses, including contact lenses, may be exchanged for other lenses. No credit will be given if you choose replacement lenses of a lower value. You will be charged the difference for the purchase of higher value lenses. Within the same 60-day period you may exchange your frame for a different frame. An in-store credit will be given if you choose replacement frames of a lower value. You will be charged the difference for frames of a higher value. If new lenses are required to fit the new frame, the cost will be 50% of the regular retail price.

Non-prescription sunglasses qualify for a 14-day exchange or in-store credit. The sunglasses must be returned in their original condition with the original case and the receipt. If you exchange them for a higher value product, you will pay the price difference. IRIS will replace your sunglasses with the same model or a model of equal value if they break due to manufacturer’s defect within one year of the original purchase date.

In the event you feel persistent discomfort or have difficulty adapting to your lenses, within 60 days of the original purchase date, IRIS will replace your lenses with different lenses of the same value or IRIS will apply the original purchase price of your lenses toward the purchase of prescription eye glasses.

IRIS provides complimentary alignment, adjustment and cleaning of your eyeglasses and sunglasses as often as necessary, for as long as you own them.

Our commitment to quality ensures that your prescription eyewear is specifically designed and created to meet your unique personal needs. We cannot, therefore, offer refunds once full or partial payment has been received.
*To benefit from the warranty, you must have the damaged glasses to show to a store staff member.
