-How long have you been working at IRIS?
I have been working with IRIS since July 18th, 2016 (3 years).
-Aside from the world of optics, what are your passions/hobbies?
I am passionate about animals. Usually, you can find me with my hamster Benny, or exploring the Toronto Zoo. I also take ballroom dancing lessons at Arthur Murray.
-What do you, on a daily basis, that ensures that your patients get to experience better vision?
After communicating with the Optometrist, I always take the time to educate our clients on various lens technologies that allow them to make an informed choice, which allows us to work together in selecting the right solution for their optical needs.
-In your opinion, what is the best part of your job?
The best part of working with IRIS are the opportunities to make a positive impact, whether through the Mundial Foundation, community activities, or within my home store.

I have been with Iris for 39 years.
-Aside from the world of optics, what are your passions/hobbies?
My passion outside of work is hiking and camping.
-What do you, on a daily basis, that ensures that your patients get to experience better vision?
What I do to ensure my clients experience better vision is to listen to their needs and then present the best options for them. I strive to have fun with my clients and work towards building long term relationships.
-In your opinion, what is the best part of your job?
The best part of my job is having customers come back year after year because they loved the experience we provided them.

I have been working at IRIS since 2004, so it’s been 15 years!
-Aside from the world of optics, what are your passions/hobbies?
For the past two years, I have been working out a lot whenever I have free time. I also like reading and spending time with my family and friends.
-What do you, on a daily basis, that ensures that your patients get to experience better vision?
I like to take the time to really get to know my clients. After 15 years, I developed great affinity with them and it allows me to meet their needs and tastes.
-In your opinion, what is the best part of your job?
I love helping our patients pick their new glasses, especially when they are opened to new styles and new trends. It's always fun to help someone pick out a fresh new look.

I’ve worked at IRIS now for 8 years

Aside from optics I love watching sports and spending time with my friends and with my grandson.

On a daily basis I try to learn as much I can about the products that are available to us so that I can educate our patients on what is best for their vision needs.
-In your opinion, what is the best part of your job?
To me, the best part of the job is the interaction I have with the patients and seeing how a new pair of glasses can make such a big difference to them.
