It is with immense joy and pride that we celebrate the tremendous success of the 29th edition of the Tour CIBC Charles-Bruneau, which raised an impressive net total of $3,750,000 for pediatric cancer research.
Once again this year, more than 1,000 participants joined forces to cycle across Quebec with a single goal: to give local children a childhood free of cancer. Behind every pedal stroke is real hope for the more than 2,000 children with cancer in Quebec. By supporting pediatric hematology-oncology research, every donation helps change lives.
IRIS: 25 years of partnership, 25 years of commitment
At IRIS, this cause is deeply important to us. For nearly 25 years, we have been proud partners of the Charles-Bruneau Foundation. This year, eight IRIS cyclists took part in the various stages of the Tour, pedaling with heart and determination to support sick children and their families.
But IRIS's commitment goes far beyond cycling. Our IRIS stores across Quebec have mobilized in many ways to support the cause:
- Jeans Fridays
- Payroll donations
- Raffle ticket sales
- The “Round up your bill to defeat pediatric cancer” promotion
Every gesture, every initiative, every dollar counts. It is thanks to this collective mobilization that we are helping to advance research and improve treatments for children in Quebec.
