Ingredients
-1 cup almond milk
-1 cup of mashed sweet potatoes (peeled, boiled, mashed and cooled)
-1 medium carrot, finely chopped
-1 cup pineapple, cubed
Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth. Sip, enjoy and repeat.
